This page lists the third-party sub-processors that ConsultraCloud uses to operate MyWeeklyMenu. Each sub-processor has been reviewed for its data-protection practices and is bound by contract to handle your information consistently with our Privacy Policy.
We update this page when we add, change, or remove a sub-processor. For material changes, we also send notice by email or in-app notification before the change takes effect.

How we evaluate sub-processors
Before engaging any sub-processor, we evaluate:
- Security posture — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, vulnerability disclosure programs
- Privacy commitments — published privacy policy, consent-aware practices, GDPR/CCPA alignment where relevant
- Reputation — track record with similar services, public security incidents, audit certifications where available
- Contract terms — written agreement requiring the provider to process data only on our instructions and to maintain protections at least as strict as our own
We periodically re-review our sub-processors and may add, remove, or substitute providers. When we make a material change, this page is updated and (where appropriate) we provide advance notice to affected users.
International data transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside your country (notably the United States and the European Union). Where required by law (e.g., for users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.
