Terms of Service

1. Welcome and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyWeeklyMenu, a meal-planning service operated by ConsultraCloud (“we,” “us,” “our”), including the website at https://myweeklymenu.comand the MyWeeklyMenu iOS application (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us promptly at support@myweeklymenu.com if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users or the Service.
4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
4.1 Free plan
The free plan is available at no cost and includes the full planner grid, the recipe library, and basic features. No credit card is required to use the free plan.
4.2 Pro plan
MyWeeklyMenu Pro unlocks additional features (Smart Random, weekly templates, meal-prep mode, nutrition summary, and more). Current Pro pricing on the website at /pricing applies; pricing may change with notice.
4.3 Free trial
If we offer a free trial, the trial duration and conditions are stated at the time you start. As of these Terms, the standard offer is a 7-day free trial of Pro with no credit card required to start.
4.4 Billing and renewals
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for renewal at the then-current rate.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
4.6 Refunds
We do not generally issue refunds for paid subscriptions, but we will consider refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis. Email support@myweeklymenu.com to request one. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
4.7 Pricing changes
We may change subscription pricing. If pricing changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification before the change takes effect for your account. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid being charged the new price.
4.8 Promotional codes
Promotional codes (such as launch-week discounts) are subject to the terms specified at the time of issue. Promo codes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to terminate any promo code that is being abused.
5. Dietary and medical disclaimer
You should:
- Consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise program, or weight-loss regimen
- Not rely on the Service to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Read recipe ingredients carefully if you have food allergies, intolerances, or other sensitivities
- Adjust calorie and macronutrient targets to match your individual health needs and any guidance from your healthcare provider
ConsultraCloud disclaims all responsibility for any health outcomes, dietary choices, or medical conditions arising from your use of the Service. Use of MyWeeklyMenu is at your own risk.
The Service includes content related to fat loss, anti-inflammatory eating, keto, paleo, and other dietary approaches. None of this content is intended as medical advice, and individual results vary based on genetics, lifestyle, and other factors outside the Service’s scope.
If you have any medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medication, or have any concerns about your dietary needs, consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on any meal plan from the Service.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our content
The Service, including its recipe library, written content, software code, design, branding, logos, and trademarks, is owned by ConsultraCloud and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial meal planning. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or recipe library
- Republish recipes from the library on a competing meal-planning service, blog, or app
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Service’s data to train AI models or build derivative products
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the Service
Limited personal sharing of individual recipes (e.g., emailing a recipe to a friend or printing it for your own use) is permitted.
6.2 Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service (“Your Content”), including custom recipes you author, weekly meal plan layouts, weekly templates, and notes.
By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant ConsultraCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
6.3 Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service, without compensation or attribution.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
- Interfere with the operation of the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks, denial of service, scraping that strains our infrastructure)
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content (beyond standard search engine indexing)
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the Service without our written permission
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including warnings, account suspension, account termination, content removal, and where appropriate, legal action.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting, Apple for App Store distribution, etc.). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
9. Service availability and changes
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation
- That any specific feature will remain available in its current form
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that affect Pro subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, a pro-rated refund of any remaining subscription term.
We perform routine maintenance and may temporarily suspend access for updates, security patches, or infrastructure changes. We aim to minimize disruption.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Recipe nutritional information is precisely accurate (macros are calculated estimates and may vary based on ingredient brands, preparation, and measurement variance)
- Following a meal plan from the Service will produce specific health, weight, or fitness outcomes
- The Service is suitable for users with specific medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. To the extent any warranty cannot be excluded under applicable law, the warranty is limited to the minimum scope and shortest duration permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CONSULTRACLOUD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConsultraCloud, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
- Your Content (where it infringes another’s rights)
This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account through the account settings or by contacting support@myweeklymenu.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service, other users, or our legitimate business interests.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service ends immediately
- Pro subscriptions are not refunded for the remainder of any billing period (except where required by law or by our discretion)
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive
We will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
14.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The federal and state courts located in Charles County, Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
14.2 Informal resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@myweeklymenu.com and provide a brief description of the dispute and your contact information. We agree to do the same. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days before either party initiates a formal proceeding.
14.3 No class actions
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with us individually and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
15. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will change the “Last updated” date at the top
- For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (typically 30 days) via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect
- For non-material changes (typos, clarifications, formatting), the updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

18. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConsultraCloud regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms freely (e.g., in connection with a merger or acquisition).
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
